Hurricane Matthew Updates

10/6/2016

We should begin to feel the effects of Hurricane Matthew beginning late tomorrow evening.  The storm is projected to be serious and we ask that you take the appropriate precautions in and around your property.  Walk your property and secure items that could potentially become a projectile in high wind (lawn chairs, potted plants, children’s toys, Halloween decorations, etc.).

We have been in contact with the Somerset Park builders and they have implemented their storm plans to secure their construction sites.  However, if you have concerns about lingering debris please contact that builder to help resolve the matter quickly. We will also be monitoring the neighborhood to help resolve any potential issues.

Please note that if power is lost, the entry gates will remain open until power is restored.
