We look forward to seeing you at the annual meeting tomorrow evening. In advance of the meeting, we wanted to share the agenda, as well as a few development updates. SOMERSET PARK MASTER ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING AGENDA
COMMUNITY MEETING DISCUSSION ITEMS Community Pool. As you are probably aware, the community pool is near complete and is awaiting final approval from Orange County before it can open to the community. Please be aware that the HOA fees will not reflect the operation of the pool until the second quarter of 2017 (due to the delays in opening). Once the pool is open, we will distribute the entry code to residents. Camera Monitoring of the Entry Gate. CCTV cameras are scheduled to be installed during the week of 1/23. Cameras will be placed both the entry and exit gates. The entry gate will also have a license plate that can be sync’d with the larger field of view. The system will allow management to access footage from the internet. Replacement Entry Gates. The replacement gates at the entry will be installed after the CCTV cameras are completely operational. We project this to be by mid-February. Front Pedestrian Gate. If you would like to get an access card for the pedestrian front gate, we will have available at the HOA meeting. Each home at Somerset Park will receive one access card. If you would like an additional card, we will have available for $5 per card. Front Entry Landscaping. An update to the entry landscaping is in progress and should be completed within two weeks. General Rules. Please note that the HOA staff have begun communicating and noting with residents that are out of compliance with rules or use restrictions. We thank you for your cooperation with this. We hope that you can attend the annual meeting, but if you cannot note that you can always call the HOA with questions. Contact Numbers for HOA Questions: Phone: 800-314-4035 ![]()

We should begin to feel the effects of Hurricane Matthew beginning late tomorrow evening. The storm is projected to be serious and we ask that you take the appropriate precautions in and around your property. Walk your property and secure items that could potentially become a projectile in high wind (lawn chairs, potted plants, children’s toys, Halloween decorations, etc.).
We have been in contact with the Somerset Park builders and they have implemented their storm plans to secure their construction sites. However, if you have concerns about lingering debris please contact that builder to help resolve the matter quickly. We will also be monitoring the neighborhood to help resolve any potential issues. Please note that if power is lost, the entry gates will remain open until power is restored.
